| Home delivery |
| We offer delivery to your door throughout Denmark within 3 working days. Local deviations may occur. There is no possibility to deliver to islands without bridge connections or regular free shipping service. |
| Delivery takes place on weekdays between 08:00 and 22:00 in the larger cities, time span can be specified according to wishes. The delivery cost within Denmark is 40 DKK (minimum order 2 bottles). |
| Return Policy |
| When making a purchase you have the right to cancel the purchase until 14 days after you receive your wines. When you return the box you will be charged for the cost of transport. After successful return, you will be refunded within 14 days. |
| Customer Satisfaction Guarantee |
| We give you your money back if the wine is defective under warranty. You contact our customer service by phone or email and tell us what you are not satisfied with. We can either deduct the cost of the wine on your bill or put money in your bank account. We will assess if you need to send in the bottle for quality control. After the complaint is approved, you will be refunded within 14 days. |
